Welcome to Voice Buddies.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.voicebuddies.net/, the Voice Buddies mobile applications, live rooms, avatar features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Voice Buddies. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• All activity under your account

• Providing accurate information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws

• Infringe intellectual property rights

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others

• Post defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content

• Impersonate others

• Disrupt live rooms or platform functionality

• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse engineer the platform

Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban.

4. User-Generated Content (Live Rooms, Audio, Avatars)

Voice Buddies allows users to create and share content including:

• Live voice interactions

• Avatar expressions

• Comments and profile information

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to use your content

• Your content does not violate any law

• Your content does not infringe third-party rights

You grant Voice Buddies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content solely for operating and improving the Services.

We may monitor, remove, restrict, or report content that violates these Terms.

5. Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe environment, the following is strictly prohibited:

• Hate speech

• Harassment or bullying

• Sexual exploitation or explicit content

• Violence or threats

• Impersonation

• Illegal activities

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend users, and report unlawful activity to law enforcement.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, graphics, logos, and features are owned by Voice Buddies or its licensors.

You may not:

• Republish platform materials

• Sell or sublicense platform content

• Copy or reproduce proprietary materials

All rights are reserved.

7. TrueDepth / AR Features

Voice Buddies may use Apple’s TrueDepth API (ARKit) for real-time avatar animation.

Use of such features is governed by our Privacy Policy. Face data is processed in real time and not stored, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Virtual Features and In-App Purchases (If Applicable)

If Voice Buddies offers subscriptions or digital items:

• All purchases are final unless required by law

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value

• We may modify or discontinue virtual features at any time

Refunds are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play policies where applicable.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if:

• You violate these Terms

• You engage in harmful behavior

• Required by law

Termination may occur without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voice Buddies shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• Your infringement of third-party rights

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (United States)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You agree to:

• Waive jury trial

• Waive participation in class actions

• Resolve disputes individually

16. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If downloaded from the Apple App Store:

• Apple Inc. is not responsible for the app or its content.

• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.

• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.

• Your use must comply with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

17. Google Play Additional Terms

If downloaded from Google Play:

• Google LLC is not responsible for the app or its content.

• Your use must comply with Google Play Terms of Service.

• Google is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.

18. Service Availability

We may suspend, modify, or discontinue Services at any time for maintenance, updates, or security.

We do not guarantee continuous availability.
